Products manufactured to order or in custom quantities are priced based on the specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. The customer submits a request for quotation, and Cuatro will respond with the details and final price before production begins.

Submitting an order or inquiry through the website does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. Orders are subject to availability, review, confirmation of specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.

Custom Orders and Manufacturing

Once the customer approves the final design, sample, or specifications, production will proceed based on the approved requirements.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the submitted information and specifications before production begins.

 

Payment

Payments shall be made using the available or agreed payment methods and terms at the time the order is confirmed.

For custom or bulk orders, a 60% advance payment is required before production begins, and the remaining balance shall be paid as agreed with the customer.

 

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the order, quantities, specifications, delivery location, and shipping method.

Delivery dates may be affected by circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, including shipping providers, exceptional circumstances, or delays caused by third parties.
